Monkey Houses is located just about 400 meters from Playa Matapalo—an easy 2-minute walk to the sand. We are nestled in a peaceful spot close to Hotel Riu Guanacaste, and only about a 45-minute drive from Liberia International Airport.
Surrounded by lush jungle, you'll likely spot monkeys, tropical birds, and other incredible wildlife right from your terrace. Despite the secluded feel, there are a few excellent local restaurants within walking distance.
